Terms and Conditions

1. Services Provided

OZ Wide Removalist and Couriers provides moving and courier services, including residential, commercial, and warehouse moving. Customizations to services are subject to availability and feasibility.

2. Booking and Payment

    •    All bookings must be confirmed with a valid payment method.

    •    Full payment is required upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    •    Additional charges may apply for services such as packing, unpacking, or moving items requiring special handling.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

    •    Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

    •    Late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the total booking amount.

    •    Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

4. Liability

    •    While we take the utmost care with your belongings, we are not liable for:

    •    Pre-existing damage or defects in items.

    •    Delicate items not properly packed or protected by the customer.

    •    Claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

5. Customer Responsibilities

    •    Customers must ensure clear access to the property and notify us of any obstacles, restrictions, or special requirements.

    •    It is the customer’s responsibility to disclose fragile or valuable items in advance.

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, road closures, or extreme weather conditions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.

Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

    •    Services are canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances.

    •    Cancellations made by the customer at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

    •    Deposits or fees for services canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled date are non-refundable.

    •    Services rendered in full or partially completed are not eligible for refunds.

3. Refund Process

    •    Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

    •    Refunds will be credited to the original payment method unless otherwise requested in writing.

4. Amendments to Services

If a service is modified after booking and results in a lower total cost, the difference may be refunded at our discretion.
